1. The housekeeping leaves some to be desired - no major issues, but enough little ones to be frustrating - no bath towels in the room when I checked in (and I had to go back downstairs to get my own); layer of dust on top of TV; housekeeping obviously did not clean the bathroom nor mop it while servicing my room during my stay; and housekeeping took it upon themselves to take back my extra towels and throw away a plastic bag I was saving when they serviced my room.
