1. When I went back to complain, one of the staff seems to doubt what I said and come to double check--why do I need to lie this kind of thing? The second one was not clean.

2. I complained and he let me have in smoking room I argued and told him that my credit card was charged for 2 rooms, and than he tried to look in computer with angry face.
