3. The a/c was loud and the room was close to the elevator (not recommended) I do think it was an isolated incident and the hotel responded promptly to my comment card and making attmepts to amend our displeasure.

4. The final straw was when I was trying to go to bed and there were still people being loud in the pool right outside my 2nd floor window at 10:10 PM.

5. In my 6th floor my room I noticed bleach stains & cigarette burns on the carpet, my bed was sagging in the middle, with spider webbs & water damage above the other, no ash trays & a loud tv next store.
