1. The hotel had free wifi that we used a lot - we had problems getting it to work initially but the lady at reception helped and it worked fine for the duration of our stay.

4. Even though I rate highly this hotel has the same problems I see in all the 'new' Hamptons.

5. Fifth floor has problems with connectivity, but after the one time, they now ask at check-in if I'll need connectivity and will change my assigned room, if the one they have me in doesn't have connectivity.
