1. Throughout our entire stay, we were greeted by name, appreciated and all requests and issues were PROMPTLY addressed.

5. - We could not get our sleep number bed to work however it was not a big deal to us so we did not request assistance - I am sure they would have helped us if we had asked- Shower took a looong time to heat up and didn't drain extremely well Minor issues only - overall, I would stay there again and recommend to a friend.
