1. No one works on weekends and if the toilets etc gt blocked, there is none to fix it and roaches kept coming out of them.

4. the iron in the room stained my shirt, my shower water didn't drain, my wake up calls never happened and I almost missed my flight, there were roaches int he room, the lougs didn't work and the elelvator broke.
