1. I have never had an issue with this hotel but don't know if that is because I am an elite Priority Club member or not.

2. The heat issue was repaired the next morning and we didn't have an issue with the temperature of the room after that.

5. Luckily, the bed was very comfortable and we didn't have an issue sleeping; however the pillow shams and throw blankets had stains.
