2. The dead bolt didn't lock, door barely shut, 1 lamp worked out of 4, no linens or blanket for sofa bed, dirt & hair all along baseboards esp in bathroom, closet door broken & bug trap in window.

6. The location was beside a railroad, with a 4 am and 5 am freight train whistling, it was filthy with dirt on the dishes, carpet, walls, hole in the wall, broken bed, no lock on the bathroom, no closet door and a pried open window in the room next door.
