4. So for my 5 week stay I was provided with horrible service, nasty cleanliness, desk personnel that are incompetent and have to contact the "management" at every turn and became the victim of theft in the value of $7500.

5. Room is small (but so are most rooms at this price), TV is VERY small and reception is horrible.
