4. Although my experience at this hotel was quite bad due to A/C having to be worked on and then it was loud and kept me up at night, could hear doors slamming all night, phone didn't work, lamp didn't work, carpet was stained.

8. They had oversold their rooms, I had to wait for 3 hours just to get a room , it was really bad since I just came form a 3 hour drive, the staff wasn't friendly at all, the room was just ok, and I left the hotel earlier than I was supposed to.
