1. As the parking lot is so tiny and right in front of the rooms, people can't really avoid parking lot noise, but it really isn't bad.

2. So, for the price, it was not a bad motel - we slept well and did not smell of cheap motel when we left - so we would consider staying there again, but would check the sheets and tv as soon as we arrived so they could be fixed if necessary.

3. The room was very clean, the towels weren't bad, and the location was convenient (easy access to the loop, I-10, and 290, plus several options for routes during rush hour).
