1. They did and cleaned the room and didn't disturb our personal things other than setting the thermostat to 10* higher than we had it.

2. We had the do not disturb sign up and then asked for some clean towels and was told to bring the dirty towels to the office for an exchange, first time I've ever had to do that in all of my hotel stays.
