1. 95 per day for internet, and the hotel's Printeron service wasn't working and the front desk was apologetic, but the workaround they gave me - emailing my files to the manager - didn't work as when I went to collect the printing, they couldn't find it.

3. Valet parking only- and staff couldn`t find our vehicle at first because they attached their half of the stub to wrong key, but again, they were very apologetic and courteous.
