1. They were accommodating when I complained about hearing noises in my room area, and also attended my needs promptly (forgot most of my toiletries and the attended to it)The room is clean, and comfortable, but it feels like it is lacking in terms of quality.

3. Now it's difficult to get to the hotel because of the nightmarish reconstruction of the Compaq Centre and complete lack of signage.
