2. I read some of the past reviews of the ZaZa and I can only assume that since some of the poor reviews prior to April, they must have made some changes because there was no sign of anything to complain about during my stay.

4. ' Though the meal was tasty and the rooms were quite nice, I was so appalled at the incredibly poor level of service and the bad attitude of the staff that I felt compelled to write a letter to the management and write this review.
