3. , no crawling under the desk- Decent coffee and breakfast buffet- Free parking- A couple of restaurants and a Walgreen's within walking distance- Separate desk/sitting area and sleeping area with TVs in each (no HD channels)- Sink, microwave and mini fridgeThe gaps:- Bed is less comfortable than I'd like- HVAC (heating/AC system) has the typical loud fan blower for hotel units mounted on exterior walls.

5. I have read other reviews from guests who had problems with noisy air conditioners (cycling off and on very loudly all night), so there must be a handful of rooms with problems.

7. Rooms are nice and clean, but the beds are a bit hard and the AC unit (and in houston, you will need that running) is a bit loud.
