2. The only downsides are: 1) yes, they didn't refurbish the A/C so it is very loud (think Motel 6 loud) and 2) there's no real restaurant in the hotel so room service, etc.

3. There were only a few downsides to this place, the shower doesn't have a door, only a glass partition separating it from the bathroom and while it is very aesthetically pleasing, it was cold to take a shower.
