1. The bathroom was SO small that it was uncomfortable to sit on the toilet with the door less than a foot away from your face (no separate toilet room), the shower still had a curtain and there was only a single sink.

2. The carpet is stained in the hallways and in front of the rooms, the beds are most uncomfortable and sink into the middle and have no support, you can tell they are old.
