5. I had easy access to the computers in the lobby and parking($12 a day) did not present a problem either which made life just a bit easier.

6. There was a fairly large guest-created problem with their fire alarm system that resulted in multiple alarms at ungodly hours of the morning, but the staff was responsive and kept guests informed with multiple letters about the situation and what they were doing to fix it.
