6. I did always stay midweek, when the hotel wasn`t entirely full, but I was never bothered by noise from neighbors or upstairs either.

7. It is on Franklin Ave, one of the busier streets in town, and so I was actually pleasantly surprised that I was not bothered by the traffic noise (I`m usually pretty sensitive to it).
