3. The Rooms were nicely appointed, the only complaint is we had a glass cup that had a chip in the rim which could have been a serious injury to someone, but I had noticed and informed the front desk of right away, they responed fast with a new cup, but I was still minus my soda that I had poured inside of it.

4. Despite the unexciting exterior, our room had obviously been recently renovated (new carpet and furniture, new bathroom with ceramic tile, de-rigeur curved shower curtain rod), and we had no complaints.

7. The only complaint I had was one very dirty glass with room service and the complaint was not acknowledged, even though a note was written and left on the tray.
