4. Our room had a broken toilet and so we had workmen in the room every day and a toilet that didn't flush properly and this problem never really got fixed during our stay, but these things happen and we were given a small discount when we checked out.

7. The handle has slammed into the metal door jam repeatedly making dents in the door jam, looking at this problem the manager denied the the door was malfuntioning in any way as well as denying it was the responsibility of the motel.
