1. Apart from the uncomfortable sofa bed my other complaint is the extreme stinginess of the toiletries provided.

2. It was fairly spacious, but it would have been much better if there was access to the bathroom from the sitting room as that was where my son was sleeping on a (very uncomfortable) sofa bed.
