The security guard was friendly and extremely helpful; the evening front desk attendant was bored, rude, and wouldn't even call a taxi for me one night (I stood in front of her and called several companies that wouldn't pick up their phones before finding one) and any question asked of her was met with a sullen, 'I couldn't tell you.

2. Despite being put in wrong room and losing reservation, we were rudely called by the front desk clerk informing me that check out was at eleven, I let her know our reservation was for two nights and she proceeded to argue with me.
