3. Addtionally, the while the rooms look nice, there are a number of mechanical problems like slow drains, mildew on bath and weak air conditioning (despite the fact that it was freezing in the hall).

7. With that little 'blip' (which we reported to management), the elevators worked just fine (although they were slow because only half of them were in service.
