2. The staff of the hotel was decent -- no one was rude, but some were more polite than others (I found the front desk staff pretty average, especially on the first visit, but there was a great woman working in the concierge lounge and also a great maintenance person).

4. I explained that I was 3 hours away and did they have an idea of when it might be on or what the culprit was - again the woman answered VERY rudely - she was NOT the electric company and had no idea what the deal was.
