3. List of things wrong:-stains on the pillow-stains on the walls-stains on the carpet-stains on the curtains-strong, strong smell of cigarette smoke-crawl-space in the bathroom ceiling open-heater/air doesn't work-can hear the conversations of people 100 yards away outside.
