2. Went to turn in my cards, one of the girls stood in front of me and blankly stared like 'what do you want?' At that point I was thoroughly annoyed, I have been at so many other places that treated my family and I with respect and were so curtious, then I checked in here and that flew out the window.

3. I don't initially rush to judgement but when we came back down to the pool I again approached the desk to ask about breakfast and she again acted annoyed that I would bother her with a question.

4. We travelled for 2 weeks out west staying at more than 10 hilton brand properites, this was a nice hotel very clean and well kept, however the front desk staff was very disinterested in me and my family and I felt like they were annoyed with anything I asked them.

5. Only thing annoyed me was to "leave bathroom door ajar" when showering as to not set off the smoke alarm.
