1. We had a bit of a problem using the adjustable Select Comfort or similar brand mattress and had an uncomfortable first night and lots of trial and error with this bed, if you're unfamiliar with this type of mattress.

4. The reservations department and hotel management staff are well within reach should a problem arise and have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to correct any problems I have had during my stays.
