1. My complaints are that the floors - both in the public areas and the rooms are in desperate need of cleaning or replacement.

5. All in all, I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel - the staff is friendly and helpful, the housekeepers kept the place spotless and none of our needs went unanswered.

10. I would have expected if we had been paying $150 a night, but for what we paid, you`ll hear no complaints from me.
