8. (Something that is NOT in my nature to do) To the credit of the desk staff, they did listen respectfully to my complaints and did offer me a credit for the calls, internet service and part of our bill from the lounge.

No bell service available, running toilet, a heat pump outside of the bedroom door that sounded like a diesel engin, charges for incoming calls and for so called "high speed" internet that reminded me of dial up service, all contributed to my verbalizing my complaints to the front desk as I checked out.
