It is perhaps the most
poorly
managed property of any major hotel (not to mention, once again, that it is a JW Marriott, not a simple Marriott or Courtyard or Residence Inn) that I've ever stayed in.

The building looks lovely, but under that pretty facade is a lousy,
poorly
maintained wreck of a place with very
poorly
designed heating and cooling systems.
