1. Only problem I had with the hotel was not being able to connect to the wireless internet, as I did not have an access code, but even that was a big deal.

7. There was a message on the phone indicating the problem had been resolved, and a note in the room from maintenance to let me know they had been there, as they had to move my suitcase.
