1. Being informed it wasnt a 'pre' anything - but a 'post' overcharge and that I wanted it credited back immediately, the worker said - and I swear upon everything holy these were his exact words 'I dont have time for this sh.

2. Complained to Best Western Corporate, said they would make them refund the overcharge and send a rep to investigate the place.
