We called a third time, and after almost 2 hours of waiting, a van picked us up (but WE had to find the tiny computer-generated paper in the window saying 'Sterling' because there were no logos on the van & they wouldn`t take OUR descriptions to look for us - even though we were the only ones being picked up).
