1. Their lack of customer service is not a deal breaker, but for someone who has worked years in the hotel industry, we know that this is a big no-no.

3. Its 3 stars at best, and in that category, it gets the stars only because it is spacious and probably once was a four star property with all the frills, but is sinking fast due to lack of daily upkeep, routine maintenance, and tender loving care.

9. Stayed here many times as a priority club member, and was always given a decent, clean room; however this stay was provided with a shoddy room, lacking in furniture with curtains apparently retained from a rummage sale.
