6. they did not have the room we booked and had to put us in a smoking room, and although they eventually provided an ozone machine you could still smell smoke, room service was very slow, breakfast took more then an hour to arrive and was wrong when it did, overall had this not been the hotel we had to stay at we would have stayed some where else and will in the future.
