2. The building is a drab brown color and the hallway floor outside of my room was very dirty as the carpet had not been cleaned in some time and was beginning to pull up.

4. The remote didn't work and they never sent us a new one, the pool was very dirty, and the matress pad on the bed sucked and kept bunching up every night, and the reception on the television sucked.
