2. The only problem was that the rooms on the backside facing the back street is where the cabs were on stanby and early in the morning you could hear loud noises and honking from the cabies.

3. The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, I was able to hear the traffic from the Hwy in my room and it too was very loud, did not get any sleep because of the excessive noise.

5. The only negatives, (excluding the weather which caused major flooding problems in the Dallas Area) is the conference room sits right off the lobby/registration area, and both Friday and Saturday nights there were rather large and loud parties being held there which was a little distracting when trying to check in.
