3. Either address the issue and clean the room from top to bottom after it is fixed or don't use the rooms.

4. Instead of fixing the problem, they continue to put guests into rooms that have issues in hope that they will stumble across a guest that won't complain.

5. The only issue we had was that the breakfast buffet they offer in the morning looks like a continental breakfast but is not.
