1. The only negative was the card-key-lock system which caused several frustrations, but they were more than willing to change my cards as needed.

3. Only negative: round the hotel is nothing, so if you want to take a stroll, better drive to Katy Trail or do so on one of the 4 treadmills in the health facility (or 2 bikes, mats, free weights, machines & 7 TVs).
