1. 2- Initial room was next to an elevator shaft and a service room, so very noisy; but Hotel staff did move rooms and was responsive and caring with assistance here.

4. BUT, if you are in one of the smaller rooms (say on the second level over the courtyard where the taxis wait for pickups), your room will be small and very noisy, not what you would expect from 'Dallas` finest hotel'.
