3. My only complaints:-The button on the phone in my room labeled 'Front Desk' sent me to reservations instead, and the people who answered it seemed a bit put off by having to connect me to the front desk.

No complaints -- except the comforters are so thick that unless you put the room temp down to 50, you`re going to be too hot -- and yet if you take it off, you`re then too cold; couldn`t they just get a regular blanket or non-polar grade comforter? Anyway, whie not a Four Seasons, it`s WAY above an EconoLodge or anything like that.

7. Two minor complaints: 1) I agree that the walls are thin; and 2) the breakfast fare in the Executive Lounge was a bit spartan.
