1. The only negatives are parking is a bit pricey at $22 per night, the sidewalks are very narrow in spots so using a stroller to travel can be a bit tricky and since the hotel is in downtown it can seem a bit dicey at times as you will see a fair number of homeless people and other interesting characters (especially at the train stop).
