2. However, I hate going to a Ritz & having Average Service at the front desk--if i'm paying $$$ to stay there, then the service should be beyond incredible & it wasn't here, which makes me so mad--people shouldn't he hired if they're rude & can't make a conversation with a guest--RUDE.

4. I was again rudely told that their residents pay a lot of money to live there and deserve to have their private space protected.

5. He was very polite and was getting ready to write down the times when out of nowhere the very snotty girl working with him decided to pipe in to rudely tell me that they already knew what time and they were aware of it.
