1. I stayed here many times no problem really nice rooms but my room I stayed in this time had bed bugs I was bitten up and down my leg I had to go to the doctor for this it was bad I contacted the hotel they did not talk to me about this problem so if you stay at this hotel check your rooms nice rooms but they have bed bugs.

2. Since so many rooms are infested, I suspect that the problem is widespread in this hotel.

3. Why did they put me in an old, outdated room that they knew to have problems when they could have just put me in a 'renovated' room to begin with? I must say the renovated room was infinitely nicer.

5. The walls, ceilings, and fixtures show signs of wear and tear, but there weren't any blatant problems.

6. Never have I had such a problem at a hotel and We stay in many throughout the year.

7. My biggest problem was when we came back the second day in the mid afternoon we only had one hand towel, and one bath towel for 4 people.

8. The first evening we were there our room was musty, outdated, dark and had an electrical problem.
