1. The location is very convenient to the university however I must agree with other reviewers - peeling wallpaper, stains on the bathroom door, overall in need of a facelift.

2. The furniture is old and generic, the pillows are just adequate, the tv is an old tube style, the bathroom is old and claustrophobic due to short ceilings, and the wallpaper really is peeling in several places.
