1. The halls smelled, the ice machine looked like either food or someone got sick in it and smelled awful, and we didn't even dare eat the breakfast the next morning.

3. The TV reception was awful, the housekeeping staff missed our room twice, and then when they did clean, it was basically just by shoving our stuff aside and running a vacuum and making the beds.
