1. The only small drawback is lack on on-site parking, but it was not that big of a deal to park in the lot across the street.

2. One of the only downsides was the lack of nearby affordable restaurants (we had to drive 15 minutes to get pizza) and the parking costs $10 which we didn't find out until we had arrived.
