1. I did not have any issues during my visit, so I cannot speak to that aspect of their customer service.

5. The hotel was not super full during my stay and so it was not an issue for me personally, but I could see that at maximum occupancy things at the valet would get very, very backed up and would lead to confusion- The elevators really are very slow.
